Not very chewy

I had high hope for this product, but have a very mixed veiw on Array. Ordering was very easy and shipping was fast & email/ text updates. Bravo Nusentia! First thing I noticed about shipment was the box was stamped refrigerate upon receipt. Odd, as I can find no where on product label where it says to refrigerate. So do you or don't you? I did. Next, try it out on my 11 1/2 year old setter...he wants nothing to do with these triangle shaped chews that aren't chewy. So I take a sharp knife to cut them up, (yes they are that hard) into small pieces to hide in his food in order to get him to eat the chews. It's only been two weeks so I can't attest to whether or not they are helping my older dog. I don't like have to use trickery to get product in him. I personally think it's the msm, helpful supplement but horrible tasting. Will continue to use and update layer. Can't say if I'd reorder or not, probably the later as product not as described. But if I see amazing results after using two jars, then yes I'll reorder.
