This is a blacklight reactive, super quick drying glossy top coat that bonds to wet polish and prevents yellowing, dulling & chips. It does not smear nail art or cause shrinkage. (Performs the same as our Patience Not Required top coat but glows in blacklight)

I wish I read the small label before ordering. It only glows under uv light. I thought it glows in the dark. That's my own fault. It does make a great top coat and dries very fast.
