This is the only company I found that carried this style of shoe in 4E width, brown with light soles. It fits comfortably even though I can actually wear a 5E when available (almost never). They look nice and are easier to slip into than some 4E shoes I own.

Second pair of leather Orhofeet is. A winner

These were nice and light. Leather nicer than expected. Hard arch insert is so good it can replace my custom orthotic. Toe is more rounded in feel than in look to it fits nicely in 9 XXW which was true to size.
