I managed the install and now canread the results on my computer map. Nothing but a purple dot on my iphone. No obvious way to get results. It should be visible to anyone in the world. Except me!

Warranty honored

Results inconsistent between laser monitors over a two week period. Attempted cleaning. Company then replaced consistent with warranty. Excellant communication and service.

PurpleAir parts & tech Support

Parts ordering online was prompt, 100% informed us, poorly packaged for shipment but arrived ok by expensive FedEx 2day ground to our residence. Installing the quality laser sensors into a PurpleAir II Classic variant Older Sensor was at best done with much difficulty for a Senior Citizen with tech experience even with a good YouTube installation video which had to be researched to find. Tech Support was outstanding but very slow to respond to my e-mail requests for assistance but very helpful after contact The rebuilt sensor was put back in service with 100% confidence on the map after restoration of the A side lockout. I want to thank the PurpleAir team for all their effort for this Volunteer location for Sacramento County Air Resources Board.
