Definitely the best B-complex vitamin I’ve used. I always trust LifeBlud for high quality supplements. Great company!

I was really excited to try this after reading the reviews. Unfortunately it didn’t work well with my body - I was only taking a half dose (one capsule) and shortly after taking it, I’d start feeling totally out of it - foggy brain, tired, unable to focus on work,and sometimes light-headed… and those symptoms lasted for hours. When I skipped a day of it, I felt fine. I contacted customer service after about a week or so of on/off use and my symptoms I was experiencing, and they recommended discontinuing use, so I did. Just a reminder there’s no “one size fits all” supplement.

The most effective and gentle b complex I’ve ever taken. It’s a keeper! Thankful for this daily staple.
