Need for speed feedback
Hi have used 1 mile training earlier and that really improved my swimming, and was looking for swimming faster with the Need for Speed.
However the first week first day is 2200 mtrs which is overwhelming , so I did not start the program , I feel it should have been gradual .
Starting with 700 to 800 m and then build up
Also the drill videos do not have instructions as in the Mile program , just by watching I am not able to understand how to conduct the drill.
Also no step by step drill for flip turn is given.
Over all I am not satisfied

I have completed 4 workouts. I am 71 and trying to get my time down in the 100 free. In the past, I used USRPT and it worked for me but it is too much for me now. These workouts are awesome. They tire me out so I need a day rest in between. And I love training for 1 specific event. The kicking sets are attacking my biggest weakness. I like training all the different parts of the event.
