Wonderful customer service! After placing my order, I received an email that my order was delivered….but it was no where to be found! I emailed them immediately and the promptly replied. They asked me to wait 24hrs to ensure the mail service had not made a mistake, but in 24hrs still no ring. The Thorum representative immediately sent out another ring and expedited the shipping, and I got the RING! Ring quality is amazing and it fit perfectly!! Very satisfied with the service and the quality of the product!!
