Excellent product works well. Had a small issue with one and I emailed to see what to do about it and this companies customer service is absolutely the best I've ever had to the pleasure of dealing with. Highly recommend the product and should you need them, the customer service as well.

Excellent product

Great product and service. My block cracked at one of the ribs. Made a warranty claim and sent in a picture of the damage. They sent a new block no questions asked. They stand by their product.

12 inch ultra flex

Like the way you can grab it. And it does keep a smooth surface, but to be an ultra flex it does not flex very well to my opinion, but it is still a good tool. Their service is outstanding. I had an issue, and they took care of very fast. Thanks.
