I had such a great experience ordering from Hoops and Chains! I accidentally put the wrong door number on my order and thought my package never arrived. When I contacted customer service, Scarlett was so kind and helpful going above and beyond to sort everything out, she sent me replacement pairs (twice) without hesitation.
