Energy without jitters
I love this stuff! I still have traditional caffeine on occasion, but I’ve cut back about 90% and replaced with Update.

Perfectly Peachy!
I really love the flavor, it’s light, not artificial tasting. It’s not too sweet. I love the sparkling effervescence. It gives a boost of energy that is continual not a high peak and then drop. I recommend this drink for anyone looking for the healthiest alternative to water or another caffeinated beverage.

So good
Been an update fan for years. Love the updated flavors. All pack the same great punch—energy and good mood without the caffeine jitters. Love it. Just waiting for them to release the powder packets for travel again.
