This girl was amazingly easy to put together and seems to work extremely good. I’ve only fixed two different items on it and they both been amazing. I had one issue and called and customer service has resolved that so quickly.

Nice Grill- But Dont touch the lid while its cooking!

Well- the lid part was totally my fault. Lost my balance and caught myself on that lid while it was burning.... Ordered the insulating blanket (which arrived today) for avoiding another burn and to have use of it during the cold NE Ohio winters. Highly recommend that blanket! Cooked on it twice so far, very easy to figure out and use. Assembly was fairly easy. The hardest part was getting the boxes up on my deck- that thing is HEAVY!! Build quality seems good. Only hurdle I had was that the wifi wire somehow broke in shipment. The wire cannot be spliced together. BUT!!!! Z Grills is handling it very well and very quickly!! Exceeding my expectations
