Passable. Not great.
Has potential, but disappointing. The steak holds up well. Good texture. Nice portion. However, meat is flavorless. Needed lots of salt. I recommend Philly steak version over this even though this meat is a “nicer” cut.

It was good. I'd rather have the watery runoff from the veggies separate from the meat and eggs though.
