Great product - friendly and helpful staff - dismal delivery
Hat was great - people are super friendly - have purchased lots of product and love the business - however - paid to have the product delivered in one day for an event and it wasn’t shipped out until 5 days later - not cool - also don’t believe I was credited for the expressed shipping. Little things matter - little details are why I’m willing to pay for quality product - delivery undoes everything that come before it or enhances it - attention to detail is what separates you from the rest - focus - cheers
