Damaged and fungus issue on plant - no follow up from Costa

I bought 3 plants, 2 came healthy and ready to enjoy. This one came with significant damage, leaf issues on at least half of the leaves. When I submitted my concern to Costa I heard nothing back. After days. Still crickets. I understand sometimes things happen, especially with shipping live goods, but to not respond to concerns means I’m disappointed. I didn’t pay this much for a rehab plant project.
