Introduced to Prima Pavé Blanc de Blancs at a Michelin-star restaurant
I was introduced to Prima Pavé Blanc de Blancs at a Michelin-star restaurant, Madcap, when other members of my party ordered the wine pairing and the Sommelier suggested it for me. Initially, I refused. I'd had nonalcohol wines before and they are always disappointing. Not so with Prima Pavé! I loved it. I ordered it online and I continue to love it.
