I ordered a Breg® VPulse Cold Compression Replacement Pad for my cold therapy unit in preparation for rotator cuff surgery. The first pad I received was missing some pieces. I called and was sent a new one two days later, along with a prepaid FedEx label to return the defective one. I’m pleased with my purchase, and it has worked perfectly. Best of all, it was much more economical than the one my surgeon recommended or that I could buy locally.
