These are so helpful. I had a left knee replacement on last Tuesday. I love oatmeal!! I found this and thought it would easy my son to make it! I've had it everyday but it stopped me wondering what get for lunch. I have terrific breakfast, a lot of water during lunch then I eat a salad, walunts, blueberries, tomatoes, some turkey and vinegarette. I bought 32 meals and its perfect. My son does everything for me right now, but I'm thinking I'll keep this with me.

Taste good and easy to prepare. I was skeptical about drinking oats, but they are creamy and delicious. Love them. They a little pricey but I would still buy to drink 3 or 4 times a week.
