★★★★★ My girl Luna is tiny and VERY picky, so when I find a treat she absolutely loves, it’s a big deal! She is completely obsessed with the Kindloo Pets Beef Hearts Jerky. She gets so excited when she sees the bag, and that says everything! I also have to mention how much I admire Kindloo Pets as a company. Their customer service is genuinely some of the sweetest and most helpful I’ve experienced. They listen, they’re understanding, and they truly take your feedback and concerns into consideration. You can tell they actually care about their customers and their pets. I would give these treats 10 stars if I could! Luna-approved and absolutely worth having on hand. 🤎🐾

Disappointed

I’ll 100% continue to recommend and purchase from King Lou, and I’ve always had great experiences in the past. I usually leave 5-star reviews, but this order was unfortunately a little disappointing. All of my chicken breast jerky bags had pieces that were much thinner than usual. The pieces were still nice and large, but they were so thin that some were basically flakes, which made the bags feel a lot less substantial than what I’m used to receiving—especially for the chicken. I’ve been a customer for a long time and have always loved the quality, so I’m hoping this was just a one-time batch issue. I’ll definitely continue ordering, but wanted to share the feedback since it was noticeably different from the usual King Lou quality I’ve come to expect.
