Scooter shipped with defective rear tire and could not be inflated; I was unable to get anymore than 16 miles out of the scooter. Additionally, I couldnt install the dampener because of how the spiraled break cord was positioned. Since it cannot be moved or adjusted enough to not obstruct the dampener, it could not be installed. However, Im leaving 2 stars since although the scooter was a bust, the support was at least helpful for the most part. A bit disappointing I had to pay return shipping for a product I proved (via a local shop) was defective on shipment.

Only 70 miles on it so far...but here is my take... Speed & acceleration top notch! Brake's .. hydraulic and awesome.. Lights.. turn signals are great...brake lights bright.. Headlight is the only thing that I will be upgrading.. It works but I need light to match the speed..
