Replacement
I received originally a defective handle which would not keep the blade on. At first I thought it's just how it's supposed to be. Then I changed the blade and had the same issue! I became so annoyed with it that I contacted customer service. They quickly responded by saying they'll send me a new one asap. I am so glad I did and happy to share I have had no issues since! :relaxed:ļø

Best Customer Service Ever!
The magnet rusted out of my handle, so sad! I contacted customer service and made my case and made their day. They sent me a new handle and I couldn't be more thrilled! Thank You!
