I bought the program as i wanted a structure to a detox and diet. There were (mostly) clear instructions for diet and recipes and exercise with each stage clearly marked per week. Whilst i do normally eat quite clean i had been feeling bloated and unhealthy. The Reset program did just that - helped me lose a few kilos, lose the bloating and feel much better. I also purchased metagenics detox products to assist in the process. Also you have the program to repeat as necessary.
