The pump on one of my mousse soap bottles ceased working properly. ECG's customer service sorted things so quickly. Their response to my inquiry was fast, courteous, and professional. They helped me trouble-shoot the issue until we discovered the pump on my bottle was defective. They had a replacement pump in the mail to me, lickety-split. I have multiple versions of ECG products throughout my house and appreciate this brand's quality and service.

Great that I can now buy replacements plus they give cleaning instructions for existing pumps.
