A neck-saver!

When my inflatable insert started to lose air - after 8 years of use! - I started to have neck pain. It took a while to figure out the two things were related. Now, with a replacement insert, my neck pain is gone. Thank you for (1) still being in business and (2) being so efficient and quick with the delivery. A great product! This is the 2nd pillow I've ordered... the other was a gift.
