Base Replacement Kit

Good but could be better

I have three Bengal cats and I have to admit they are very hard on the cat wheel. They love it! But I've gone through three bars in the last two years. I think they should come up with a sturdier concept for the base. They bend are even have completely broken the plastic bases. Don't get me wrong, I love the product but I wish the bases would hold I up better.

Way sturdier than the older iterations of the base. I just wish they made bigger wheels, because my cat destroys these bases with his heft when sprinting.

No more wobbling

I had tacked the previous base to my subfloor to try and keep the wheel from literally wobbling back n forth while my cats were walking on the wheel, running made it so much worse. They would get that wheel moving so fast it would slam into the wall or literally bounce off the track. So I got the newer base hoping it would be more stable and so far its worlds better than the prior base. It barely moves unless they are really moving on the wheel. It has yet to go off the track or hit the wall. They are using the wheel so much more now and for longer periods of time. Not sure why this base is so much more stable then the prior version but it is.
