Hat is great quality don’t get me wrong, however the support team and shipping was horrendous. I “payed” for the 1 day overnight shipping they listed on their website. It said guaranteed 1 day shipping please allow 4 days to process order. It took my order almost 2 weeks for it to come in. Had I actually paid for the 1 day shipping option (i had a discount code that waived the $45 charge) I would’ve been fuming. It was annoying that the support team was a different person per email. All they did was offer me 15% off on my next order, as if I would place one and face the same issue. This is obviously a first world problem and you shouldn’t let it deter you from getting a sickkkkk hat but they shouldn’t be advertising 1 day shipping if they can’t deliver...

Worth the price
