I usually wear a size 9 in most of my other shoes, and based on the website’s recommendation, I went half a size down. Since I have wider feet, the fit was good overall, though there is a small amount of space around the heel. I’ll likely need to wear slightly thicker socks to make it feel more secure. It’s not uncomfortable, but the extra room is noticeable. That said, out of all the loafers I’ve tried, these are by far the most comfortable. I’d definitely be interested in trying their other styles.

Love the quality! Had to go down half a size to fit tighter since they are moccasins. Great buy!

Size guide recommended going 1 full size down but was too small. Exchanged for half size down and is a perfect fit. Love the look and fit of the Daniel Black loafers.
