Quick Calm

Tried this for the first time when I was bit stressed and overwhelmed. I felt like it helped my body be more grounded and settled. Have ordered two more bottles since. Definitely worth a try.

There is not a lot of products of this type on the market, so this was great to find. I am currently going through a bereavment in my family and quick calm has been so wonderful. I also love it is a natural product

Help for sleep.

I have been taking this with the Magnesium sleep switch. Not sure how well it works as have not always slept well with it.
