Excellent piece of equipment

I am extremely disappointed that our situation has not yet been resolved. We were provided a brand new treadmill with the incline function not working. When we refused delivery to have a new delivered to our house, we were provided reassurance that we would have a new one exchanged for our malfunctioning treadmill. It has now been a month or more and we still do not have a new treadmill. This is after contacting two different supervisors/managers to notify them and keep them informed on the lack of progress. Completely unhappy with the lack of follow through to replace the defective product.
