Great socks, terrible customer service

The socks came out really well, and I’m happy with the final product. However, the customer service was nonexistent. I requested a digital proof via email for approval prior to production and also paid $4 for gift wrap. Neither was provided. I received an email stating that my socks were being shipped, but I never received the proof I requested. I emailed the company twice and left a voicemail asking about the missing proof and the gift wrap, but I never received a response. Thankfully, the socks were made correctly, but they were not gift wrapped as paid for, which left the present poorly presented.
