Great Product! AMAZING Customer Service!!

Hands down, the best customer service I've experienced in a long time, by far! The product? Well, it really should sell itself considering nowhere else in Canada can you get truly unlimited mobile internet. For anyone who works remotely, goes on long drives (especially with littles in the vehicle), lives or travels in an RV, lives/works in an area where reliable internet services just aren't available, or who needs access to high-speed internet while travelling, you know how invaluable this plan is. You could even ditch the high-data limit cell phone plan and carry this with you to save some money on your cell phone bill! The modem is plug-and-play right out of the shipping package, easily customizable, reliable, and fast! I'm getting consistent download speeds of around 160Mbps (speedtest.net) in a remote area with spotty cell service!! Something to note: The service originates in the US on At&T's towers, so any accounts or services that use location will think that you're in the US. This could be advantageous for subscription services that aren't available in Canada, but it might be a problem for some people if you need to access an account or service that won't allow you access if it sees you're outside of the country. This problem could easily be solved by using a VPN however. The best part of the entire experience for me has been the customer service. I emailed with questions before I placed my order and had a response within minutes. Then, after I ordered, the shipping was excessively delayed (at no fault of the vendor), and when I reached out to them about the delay, I received a response right away (at 12:26 am!!), and they adjusted my billing cycle accordingly. I didn't even have to ask! Each time I've reached out to them, I've received an incredibly fast and friendly response. Considering how difficult it is nowadays to even contact a real person through online customer support, dealing with EZMobileData has really been a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend this product AND this company. FIVE STARS!!!
