FRONTAL DEEP WAVE WIG

This is what happened with the owner of this company I have attached the entire convo so everyone can see how disgusting these black business owners are Hi sorry, This my first time buying a wig from you and I was really impressed with your ig but unfortunately I’m not impressed with what I got in the mail Vs what I purchased is two different things. I got a wave type wig and as you can see the wig order in the pic was suppose to be curly. I’m sorry but I paid $400 for this and it’s not the same hair. This is owner response: What do you want me to respond to I gave you a respond .... I'm not going back and forth with you  what u paid for online is what I sent the picture of what you bought is what you received. I've sold over 20000 wigs and your the FIRST PERSON to make that complaint ever about the texture being the same . already told that when you add the different products it's different and it give different looks . again it's the SAME EXACT WIG have a great day
