First Compass XL I received did not work correctly. Contacted customer service, they provided a return shipping label and mailed a new Compass XL, no questions asked. Awesome company and product!

It’s a very nice compass. I only gave it four stars because I don’t know how to read it and it wasn’t quite what I expected. It’s also difficult to see without my bifocals! I’m going to give it as a Christmas gift to my nephew. He’ll like it.

I clip it onto my backpack. The clasp is sturdy and the compass feels solid and I feel safer knowing I will have direction in my life.
