This is the most supportive sports bra I’ve ever owned! No bounce, so comfy. Doesn’t squish but also doesn’t move when running. Purchased to restart my running journey and very impressed!

Great running bra

I’m someone who would always pull out the padding from sports bras (I hate that they move, crumple and do next to nothing), but I love the sewn in cups on these!!! It gives some shape and support after 2 kids, I even wear this bra under certain tops as a casual bra. I sized down (wear a 12D and went for a small) and feels tight but in a good way, and secure. Ended up buying a second colour as feels so comfortable to run in. These are thick bras though and hold the sweat from a run - which means my shirt stays looking sweaty much longer than with other running bras.

Comfortable

I am a DD so went with L but could have gone down to the M. Had to tighen it up but it still works but think i'd get a medium next time.
