Replacement Dripper

We sent an email to try and find a replacement part but never heard back. I then made a comment on instagram asking about the parts and not only did I get a quick reply but they helped coordinate a replacement. I was frustrated at first but this person helped fix that. My wife absolutely loves this product so we are happy we can use it again!

I love my Pure Over! I am still working on the no grounds in my coffee but getting there. The coffee just tastes so fresh and it’s so adorable…and customers service is beyond amazing as well.
