Beautiful work and excellent customer service

I ordered a custom necklace with my children’s names and date of birth from Lori & Co. The owner reached out over email explaining when it would arrive. When it did arrive (just over a month after ordering which makes sense as it is custom-made) it was in a box in a beautiful gift bag with tissue paper and a heart shaped card that read “Beyond Grateful, thank you so much.” I am so impressed with the quality of the work and the excellent customer service. I am thrilled to be able to support and recommend a Canadian company (they are from Newfoundland). I cannot say enough good things about Lori & Co. and will definitely order from them again.
