The Charcoal Masque turned my hair green. When I reached out for help from customer service, I never got a response.

Exactly what I've been looking for!
I don't do product reviews but felt compelled to in this case. I was a brunette and am 18 months into the process of grey blending. I have searched high and low and tried all sorts of products to get rid of brassiness and warm tones and give my grey/brown hair a cool tone of steel. Nothing worked. until this product does exactly that! It's so easy to use - apply with gloves in the shower, comb through, wait a couple of minutes and rinse out -voila! And, it conditions and makes my hair feel soft and great.

Marvelous!
I have used the shampoos, conditioners and leave in for years and very glad I added the charcoal to my last order! I feels very conditioning and evens out the gray!
