I contacted your store because the original battery never worked, was told it was under warranty for 6 months and was given contact info for your technican to send me a new battery, i sent an email to the technical but never got a reply. So i ordered a new one, it arrived quickly but it’s not the same as original battery. It’s smaller and has a 4 hour charge where the original one was 24 hour?
