Relizen 3 Month Plan

Mixed feeling

I wish I could give Relizen 5 stars, but unfortunately, my night hot flashes have returned. Things were definitely better for a while, but now that summer has arrived, the hot flashes have come back quite heavily. It makes me wonder if the product was truly helping, or if the decrease in my symptoms this past winter was just linked to the lower seasonal temperatures. I have been taking Relizen for 6 months now, and this recent stretch has been quite bad. Because I cannot take HRT, I will continue to take it in the hopes that things will improve again soon. Good customer service.

Your procedure changed

I used to get enough notice before shipping and the charge so that if I need to cancel or delay, I could. But I haven’t gotten advance notice for months. I would like to have notice in advance again.

I have been taking these for 6 weeks and haven’t felt any relief from hot flashes
