READ ENTIRE RETURN POLICY & RESEARCH B4 u BUY..I did not! I realized I definitely made an impulse purchase and that Somavedic unit is beautiful but not worth the money! I felt that the claims that they are making are not possible maybe placebo but that’s it! There’s just too much research and info out there that tells me otherwise and I don’t want to open the box and then take a chance of something happening to the unit and then not being able to return it. With that being said, if you decide to make this purchase, beware! DO NOT purchase the additional Crystals until you have tried out the device and decide that you want to keep it. If you want to return the device, even if you have not opened up any of the packaging….You CANNOT RETURN any of the smaller CRYSTALS that you carry around with you. So The additional crystals that I purchased cost me $200. ONLY refund the cost of unit NOT ACCESSORY CRYSTALS! BTW Their customer Service is very helpful
