Of course I love it. And after having open heart surgery last summer, the 2 miles walk to the grocery store are the best - with gitamini going in the store with me and carrying my food home. I love having it follow me with my JBL bluetooth speaker playing my favorite radio station on the Internet. It’s great to see how many people love my “luggage” robot. It does such a great job on rough terrain. It feels like “autonomy tamed”. Bravo!

I've had a decent handful of issues with my new Gita mini. It only worked as expected for about the first 3-4 days before it started having issues with everything from Bluetooth connectivity problems, the Bluetooth speaker randomly stopped working, pairing with random objects/my dog/just wandering off target from me while standing stationary at stores, randomly becoming stationary and stopping for no reason, not keeping up with me when I'm barley speeding up from a walk to a slow trot ect. I also have never been able to use the PFF smart automations for going through doorways successfully...not even once. I have been in contact with Lucas from your customer care team and he's been great when we have been in communication but I've yet to have this all resolved. Super bummed out about this all as I've really been looking forward to having this robot.

Almost two weeks with this robot, and I take it everywhere with me. It's a lot of fun to have, it's like a second pair of hands! It's a serious conversation piece as well. Watching it learn how to get through doorways is the coolest thing!
