Cocofloss

The floss works great. I opened the first box started pulling the floss out of the container to cut a piece off, and it would hardly come out. I opened up the container to see where the spool wasn’t spinning, and the floss came off. Its holder and went everywhere.It’s a mess. I threw it away and opened a new box., pulled out the container in the floss move freely like it should. It would be nice. If you would send me a new replacement for the first one I opened where the floss would not come out of the container.

Floss is nice, but the case did not work very well. The mechanism inside that allows the spool to turn, failed. So the spool became a tightened, tangled mess. I had to open the case and untangle it in order to unwind the floss. Now the case is wide open and I am manually unwinding each time it use it.
