Good experience but took some convincing with service to send me a second set of samples. I want to order Alder Nature but worried about the reviews of cracks and knots. The sample looks clean but I will not be happy if I can't get the same look with my order.

Very helpful
Excellent! Ordering furniture online is challenging and finding if not a match but a good blend with the hickory mantle in my living room was daunting. Your agent was very helpful and suggested the special walnut. I wouldn’t have chosen it but she was convinced that was the best match. It is an almost perfect match! I am looking forward to receiving my shelves and getting them installed.
