Poor quality on recent purchase
I am having a great deal of difficulty using the new Rabbit to open bottles of wine it is taking too much effort, in my opinion, lifting the level to extract the cork. I had a Screwpull that worked for many years and was effortless, and am very disappointed with the Rabbit which had a good reputation. I no longer have the packaging ( I had assumed that it would work properly and disposed of it), and will have to purchase a replacement, probably another brand since this works poorly. My wife would be unable to use it. Your quality control needs to improve . Joel Confino

This Bottle opener is FABULOUS!
I always have such a problem opening bottles with bottle openers. My prayers have been answered because the Rabbit Corkscrew does all the work for me with ease! I am VERY happy with this product. Thanks so much!
