Custom Box

While I love wildgrain bread, today’s box was warm, many items thawed and not cold to touch. The dry ice was entirely gone and the gel packs were only partially frozen and on bottom of box, leaving top not cold. Put everything in freezer and hope its ok. This is a first for me, usually everything is cold and fine.

Soggy and completely thawed. Needs more dry ice in summer months!’i let Wildgrain know. Seems like Wildgrain doesn’t understand thermodynamics in regards to ambient air temperatures outside the product vs what’s required to keep the product cool for the duration of the delivery. To make things difficult it’s deliverd 24 hours late in the heat of summer melting the contents. The breads were all misshapened and loaveds all guey and warm and the biscuts were melted. Hoping this gets resolved i tossed the mess received hoping Wildgrain mskes it right with a bit more dry ice. Stop trying to make me accept a mess! Too expensive to accept anything less than what is purchased. Wildgrain made it right! Appreciate the understanding, automated responses at times are unnecessary but happy. During hot months recommend more dry ice 😊

Box was delivered in good condition. However, there were one Package of the smaller that contain four breads in package. Two bread broken.
