When I saw this beautiful piece at Galleria Ponte Vecchio, it stood out as the perfect remembrance of our trip through Tuscany. As a functional addition to my kitchen, I use it as a resting place for my spoon while I cook meals traditional to the Tuscany region, and when scrambling eggs for breakfast. Everytime I use it I am reminded of my trip to Italy, which was capstoned by my visit to Florence and Galleria Ponte Vecchio. Its large size perfectly accommodates any of my cooking utensils.
