Very sturdy and exceptionally packaged

Arrived with a defective valve. The regular customer service man has an attitude. I escalated it to the owner and got the valve replaced promptly. We should not have such poor customer service for such a high ticket item. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this guy. The woman is far more reasonable. Recommend training or firing the guy.
