Would be nice if...
These worked fine keeping the bottom of my feet warm on a 32 degree ride. Would be nice if there was a thin cover for just the toes. Since these replace the insoles, would be helpful if there was some sort of arch support, even if minimal.

insole replacements
The Lake insoles fit well. I got replacements because the originals were several years old and had gotten worn and flattened. The replacements feel great, better cushioning, more comfortable, and my feet stay warmer as the air pockets provide better insulation. Will likely buy again in a couple of years, because the Lake 303's are great long lasting boots!

Warm & comfortable
With lake size 46 shoes I didn't need to cut the soles. You feel the difference in temperature although they don’t help preventing cold toes. Bit pricey, but I can recommend them.
