There was an issue from the start, but the company went over and above in my case.
First DPD lost my parcel and then said no, it wasn't, but it was very funny it took them a week to deliver, but VELTUFF sent me a delivery the next day and it came.
But unfortunately, the stitching was damaged, so we came up with a solution they said yes and done deal.
FANTASTIC SERVICE.
