Nice to have

I liked that I was able to control the distance so that walking by didn't turn on the AquaPurr. I used the timer most. I did have to be patient over the first few days to get everything just the way I wanted. The remote was slow to work, but worth the money.

Remote is helpful but tricky to use

It's important to read the instructions carefully to understand the programing process between the remote and the base unit. My cats have adjusted to the fountain very well!
