Gorgeous Mini Vanity Case in Robin blue

I recently bought the mini vanity case in Robin blue with silver monogram. Absolutely gorgeous. This is a quality makeup bag. The material and hardware look and feel luxe. Plenty of room and compartments for your smaller items without looking crowded. Bought this with the toiletries bag which is a perfect match. Loved them so much I bought the larger sized makeup bag. What a set !

Quality Issue

I only unboxed the pink small bag today, and I immediately noticed that the area where my name is printed is noticeably crooked and shifted to the right. It is obvious enough that it looks abnormal. I have purchased six products from you before, and this is the first time I’ve received one with such poor workmanship. The quality control on this item is clearly below the standard of my previous orders. Could you please let me know how you intend to resolve this issue? I am very disappointed with the quality this time.
